Assistant Store Managers are ambitious customer service experts on their way to managing their own store. As well as learning everything they can by supporting and deputising for the Store Manager, they help their teams with the day-to-day running of the store. Assistant Managers will spot skills gaps among employees and help pass on the necessary knowledge.
